Top 3 pubs in London

It’s almost impossible to imagine London without pubs! We all love to gulp down a few pints with our mates, sip on a glass of wine, or even socialise over a soft drink, but where better to go than to your local boozer. The performance of pubs in London, or at least within its commuter radius, is becoming the gold measure within the sector. Britain's pubs are seeing a healthy return to sales, so why not get yourself behind the bar, and own one yourself? One great advantage of this is when you buy a pub on a freehold basis it’s yours! So, if you’re thinking of purchasing a pub, get in touch with a commercial property investment company to help you.

3. The Earl Ferrers

A local British pub which is the hub of the community describes itself as "the best little pub in London."
